About Us
Midwest Glazing LLC is a merit shop operation
headquartered in Cedar Rapids, IA with additional operations in Des Moines, IA and Cedar Falls, IA. Our main focus is division 8 specification items which includes:
- entrances
- storefronts
- curtain walls
- windows
- skylights
We also integrate other components of the building envelope into our scope of work such as sunshades, sunscreens, metal panels and louvers. In 2011, we acquired Northstar Enclosure Solutions (a premiere fabricator of aluminum framing systems).
This allowed us to expand our fabrication capabilities into a
60,000 square foot manufacturing facility using automated machinery and local craftsmen. We employ 45+ field and 19+ office staff with an average of eight years of experience.
