07 25 00 Weather Barriers

We perform weather barrier services when they are incorporated into our core scope of work such as glazing and panels.  Examples of this work include:  sheet applied air barriers (ex. Tyvek) or vapor barriers (ex. Grace Ice and Water Shield) above grade; or, spray (fluid) applied barriers on exterior sheathing.  The proper placement and integration of these barriers (along with insulation placement) will minimize the risk associated with condensation and potential water infiltration.  Give us a call to assist in these interface details.
