07 42 13.16 Metal Plate Wall Panels

These assemblies may be formed from various sheet metal products, such as painted aluminum or natural metals (ex. zinc).  The joints and seams are typically welded and sealed.  The attachment method is often concealed, while allowing for micro-adjustment and construction tolerance.  System design is generally a rain-screen construction, and thus require a properly sealed building envelope back-up for the panels.
